A credit is the unit you buy. One writes a product description, five clean up a photograph, one makes a banner. There is a single pot and you decide what to spend it on — nothing is reserved for a particular feature.

What a credit buys

“From” is the per-use cost on the largest pack. Smaller packs cost more per credit.
Fair use
What you are not charged for
Failed work. If a description or image cannot be produced, the credit is returned automatically. You are never charged for something you did not receive.
Retries after a dropped connection. If a request is sent twice because the first reply never arrived, it is charged once.
Results you reject. You are charged for the work, not the outcome — but nothing is ever applied to your shop automatically, so you decide what to keep.
Not sure how many you need?
A shop with 50 products needs about 50 credits to describe the lot, or 250 to also clean up one photograph each. The smallest pack exists so you can try it on a handful first.
