Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of ThinkrAI, operated by Mind Vision Software Solutions. By buying credits or using the service you agree to them.
What the service does
ThinkrAI generates product descriptions from information and photographs you supply, produces edited versions of your product photographs, and generates decorative banner images. It is sold as prepaid credits, spent per use.
What you are responsible for
- Checking the output before you publish it. Everything is produced by automated systems and can be wrong. Nothing is applied to your shop automatically — you decide what to keep. Descriptions and images you publish are your statements about your products, not ours.
- Having the right to the photographs you send. You confirm you own or are licensed to use every image you submit.
- Keeping your API key secret. Anything done with your key is charged to your balance. Tell us at once if it is exposed and we will replace it.
- Complying with the law. Including consumer-protection and advertising rules that apply to how you describe goods for sale.
What we do not promise
Generated content is produced by third-party AI models. We take specific steps to keep descriptions to what is visible in your photographs, and to leave your products unaltered when cleaning up images — but we cannot guarantee that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Review it before use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on providers we do not control, and outages happen. Credits are returned automatically for work that fails.
Acceptable use
You may not use ThinkrAI to:
- Create images or descriptions of products you do not actually sell.
- Misrepresent goods, or produce content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to extract, resell or rebadge the underlying models.
- Submit images containing illegal, obscene or infringing material.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and will explain why. Unused credits on a suspended account are refunded unless the suspension is for fraud.
Payment and credits
- Credits are prepaid, priced in Indian rupees, and do not expire.
- Credits are consumed when work is submitted and returned automatically when it fails.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Prices may change; changes never affect credits you have already bought.
Ownership
Content generated for you is yours to use, modify and publish. We claim no rights over it. We keep a copy of generated text for support and billing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
