Shipping & Delivery Policy

ThinkrAI is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Credits

Credits are added to your balance immediately once your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. They are delivered to the account that made the purchase and are available to spend at once.

If a payment succeeds but the credits do not appear within 30 minutes, email billing@thinkrai.cloud with the payment reference. We will either add the credits or refund the payment in full — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Generated work

• Product descriptions are returned within a few seconds.
• Photo clean-up and banners are returned within about a minute.
• Bulk description jobs are processed in the background and are usually ready within the hour. You are told when they land.

Generated images are delivered as a download link that stays valid for one hour. Save the file rather than the link.

Service area

ThinkrAI is available anywhere with an internet connection. Payments are accepted in Indian rupees.

If delivery fails

If work cannot be produced, the credits are returned to your balance automatically, within seconds and without you asking. You are never charged for something you did not receive.
